Calcutta is a very populated city. The people are very warm and friendly and are particularly amiable towards foreigners. I have traveled in many places and have met many people but I have never come across the likes of Calcutta. The city effuses warmth and hospitality, its milieu and mores go straight to your heart, its culture encompasses you with love and homeliness. You can interact with anyone, anywhere in the city without inhibitions and without fearing to cause offense. The roads, the pavements, the shops and the people seem to reach out to you and pull you into their vortex of love and compassion. No wonder, Mother Teresa established herself here, no wonder Pope John Paul found Calcutta irresistible.

Jhelum is a city on the right bank of the Jhelum River, in the district of the same name in the north of Punjab province, Pakistan. Jhelum is known for providing a large number of soldiers to the British and later to the Pakistan armed forces due to which it is also known as city of soldiers or land of martyrs and warriors. Jehlum River is a river that flows in India and Pakistan. It is the largest and most western of the five rivers of Punjab, and passes through Jhelum District. It is a tributary of the Chenab River and has a total length of about 505 miles (813 kilometers).

Mandi-Bahaudddin is located in between two famous rivers, i.e., River Jehlum and River Chenab. Because of it’s proximity with the rivers the land is good for cultivation with rice, wheat and sugar cane as main crops. It is bounded on the South by the river Chenab, separating it from the districts of Gujranwala and Hafizabad, bounded on the north by the river Jhelum separating it from district district Jhelum, on the East by district Gujrat and on the South west by District Sargodha.
