Scrub is a useful thing for body skin care. Mostly people use scrub on hands, feet and other parts of body in summer season. It is use for dry skin. You can make scrub at home with simple ingredients. Here are some useful tips for making scrub at home.
1- Take 4-5 tablespoons of cornmeal and fresh juice of half orange. Make a mixer of the above ingredients. Apply this mixture on your neck and rest of body parts. Let it dry for 10 to 15 minutes and then, wash it with cold water.
2- Mix 1 tablespoon of Buttermilk, 3 tablespoons of cornmeal with 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil. Make a paste and then apply this paste on your body. Leave it for 10 to 15 minutes and wash it with lukewarm water.
3- Make a mixture of 1 tablespoon finely ground almonds, 1 teaspoon of flour, 1 tablespoon of dark organic honey and 1-2 tablespoons of milk. Apply this mixture on your body for 2-3 minutes. Then wash your body with warm water.
4- Take 1 tablespoon dark organic honey, 1 teaspoon of almonds, 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and 1/2 cup of oatmeal. Make a paste and apply this paste on your body. Stay it for a few minutes on your body and then rinse off with cold water.
5- Make a paste of 1/2 cup brown sugar, 3-4 drops of olive oil and add 1/4cup of honey. Apply this paste on your body and leave it for 15 to 20 minutes then, wash your body with warm water.
