There is an abundance of business opportunities in Dubai for both local and foreign investors looking for a profitable venture in the UAE. However, it is not a good idea to blindly proceed with the project without first considering your options. Though these opportunities offer a high probability of success, it is best if you acquaint yourself with the finer details to avoid problems later on.

1. Real Estate

One of the prime business opportunities in Dubai is real estate. That’s right; the real estate industry in Dubai alone contributes 22% to the cities GDP. Construction projects are undertaken by both local and foreign companies to expand the city’s popularity to the world market catering to the needs of business investors and tourists alike for luxurious commodities in the city.
Delving into the real estate market in Dubai does have its challenges like finding the right property to invest on with a good possibility of returning your investment; or taking advantage of the city’s tourism for possible rentals as monthly income.

2. Travels and Tours

Due to Dubai’s popularity as a tourist attraction in the UAE, putting up a travel and tour business in the city is a great way to tap into the market and earn you a successful investment. According to statistics, there is a stable growth of tourist activity in Dubai, seeing a growth of 5 to 10 percent each year. Such is the case; taking advantage of this fact to jumpstart into the travel venture as one of the business opportunities in Dubai is definitely a good idea.

Numerous attractions and sights in Bangladesh can be visited in cities, villages and wilderness areas. From natural wonders to sites of historical and cultural interest, Bangladesh’s attractions draw vast numbers of tourists annually. On this page we take a look at cultural and historical sights and attractions in Bangladesh.

Bangladesh boasts three UNESCO World Heritage Sites. One of these is the Mosque City of Bagerhat. Situated in the southwest region of Bangladesh, it was declared a World Heritage Site in 1983. Paharpar is another World Heritage Site. Designated such in 1985, this is an ancient city inhabited by Mahayana Buddhists between 800 AD and 1300 AD. Distinctive Buddhist architecture is seen in the buildings. The third World Heritage site is the Sundarbans delta. This is the world’s biggest mangrove forest extending through Bangladesh and India. Situated at the mouth of the Ganges River, the Sundarbans delta is made up of waterways, islands and mudflats filled with a variety of fauna. It is believed that some 400 Bengal tigers reside here.

University Of Lahore – History

Dec 4, 2008 Author: Tabi | Filed under: Pakistani Girls, Pakistani Student

University of the Punjab  colloquially known as Punjab University, is located in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. The University of the Punjab was formally established with the convening of the first meeting of its Senate on October 14, 1882 at Simla.

The University of the Punjab came into existence as a result of a long drawn struggle of the people of Punjab after the Indian War of Independence in 1857. Joseph Lwe was the founder of the university. Contrary to the three previously established universities, which were only examining institutions, the University of the Punjab was both teaching as well as examining body right from beginning.

From its formation in 1882 until 1947, the University of the Punjab served the educational needs of the entire region of pre-partition Punjab and northern India. Mohindra College, Patiala was the first college of higher learning to affiliate with University of Punjab in 1882; followed by St. Stephen’s College, Delhi. The partition of India in 1947 reduced the geographical jurisdiction of the university. The current Institute of Administrative Sciences was created in 1962.

In Pakistan’s rural areas teachers have to work at home preparing lectures as teaching first grade English language learners in mainstream classes how to read has already become a growing national problem that faces many new first grade teachers. In the beginning, teachers should use ongoing mini assessments to know first the starting points of instruction.

Teaching adults is very different than teaching students in a formal school setting. They are cognitively more mature and motivated. However during the first week of classes, I heard many ‘I can’t do it’ voices in the first week especially from the older adults, who were certain that English was simply a maze of grammatical forms and verbiage that they still couldn’t grasp thirty years earlier when they were in High School. In this particular type of situation, it is important to lay the ground rules while easing your adult students into a routine while helping them all along the way.
